2. Four-row cylindrical roller FAG bearing + Thrust bearing

The internal diameter of the cylindrical roller bearing is tightly matched with the roll neck and can bear radial force. It has the advantages of large load capacity, high limit rotation speed, high precision, separable and interchangeable inner and outer rings, easy processing, low production cost, and easy installation and disassembly. The thrust bearing bears axial force, and the specific structure type can be selected according to the characteristics of the rolling mill. When the load is at a low speed, thrust roller bearings are used to carry the thrust load with a small axial clearance. When the rolling speed is high, with angular contact ball bearings, not only the limit speed is high, but also the axial clearance can be strictly controlled during operation. The rollers are tightly axially guided and can withstand normal axial load forces. This type of bearing arrangement not only has a long bearing life, high reliability, but also has many advantages such as high precision of rolled products and easy control, so it is currently the most widely used, mostly used in wire rod mill, plate mill, foil mill, double support roll Roller cold rolling mills, hot rolling mills, etc.

3, four-row tapered roller FAG bearings

Tapered roller bearings can withstand both radial and axial forces, eliminating the need for thrust bearings, making the mainframe even more compact. The internal diameter of the tapered roller bearing is loosely fit with the roll neck, and it is very convenient for installation and disassembly, but sometimes it causes sliding creep due to loose fit. Therefore, the inner diameter is often processed with a spiral oil groove. This type of configuration is still widely used today, such as four-high hot and cold rolling mill work rolls, openers, steel beam mills and other occasions of the roll.
