1, the printing paper surface is flat. If the phenomenon of printer paper jam occurs, first of all should see whether the surface of the printing paper is flat. If there is paper curl or wrinkle, it is better to use smooth, clean paper, and to ensure that the surface of the paper cannot have glue-like attachments.

2, the paper is too thin or too much. It is necessary to ensure that the quality of the printing paper exceeds 60 g. If the printing paper is too thin, it will cause the printer to be difficult to feed the paper and cause the printer to jam the paper. And loading paper at one time must not be too thick.

3, take the paper roller wear. The pick roller is the most wearable part of the printer. When the paper in the tray is normal and the paper cannot be taken, the take-up roller is often worn or the spring is loose. The pressure is not enough to feed paper into the machine. When the pick-up roller is worn out and cannot be replaced at one time, the rubber band can be used for emergency treatment. After winding the rubber band, the friction force of the paper is increased and the paper feeding can be restored to normal.

1, put too much paper. First check if the installation of the printing paper meets the standards. For example, if the loading position has exceeded the arrow mark on the printer's left guide rail, if it exceeds, the paper must be reduced.

2. Foreign matter is blocked. Check if there is any foreign matter inside the printer. For example, if a paper jam occurs in the printer, it will cause no paper feed. If there is any foreign matter, it must be excluded. When you exclude it, you must first turn off the printer power, and then carefully remove the foreign body. If you want to remove the jammed paper, you must pull out the jammed paper slowly in the paper exit direction. After removing the jammed paper, check whether there is residual shredded paper and ensure that the shredded paper is also clean.

3, printing paper moist. If the printing paper used is stored for a long time and the surface has a moist feeling, there may be a non-paper feeding phenomenon. At this time, we need to dry the printing paper.

4, whether the ink is used up. The black ink cartridge or color cartridge light flashes or is solid indicating that the ink is about to run out. If the cartridge is empty, the printer will not feed the paper.

3, the impact of electrostatic induction. Electrostatic induction can also cause multiple sheets of paper to enter at once, and the paper must be spread out in a fan-shaped manner before the paper is installed to ensure that each sheet can be separated separately and then loaded into the printer in the correct way. 4, adjust the position of the rod. For a printer with a paper thickness adjustment function, it is important to adjust the position of the adjustment lever. When using different paper qualities, the position of the paper thickness adjusting rod is also different.
