Conventional air spray produces an overspray airless spray system using high pressure atomized paint. The air pressure sprays the paint particles at a high speed onto the workpiece, while only a small portion remains on the surface of the workpiece, and most of the waste is wasted. In addition to overspray, the high-speed airflow that mixes the paint particles bounces off the “paint mistâ€, creating an air cushion that prevents the paint particles from being sprayed into the concave corners and deep cavities. The greater the viscosity of the coating, the greater the atomizing air pressure required. However, the greater the atomizing air pressure, the greater the overspray and bounce, and the lower the spray efficiency.
Limitations of traditional air spraying
Excessive overspray and rebound, very low lacquering rate requires the addition of high quality solvents to the coating to reduce the viscosity of the coating to a level that can be sprayed. Because in many cases, air spraying requires more than two coats. The layer can reach the set film thickness. The air spray gun has a small amount of paint, and the production speed is low. Because of overspray, the maintenance cost of the spray booth is high. 3.5 Automatic spray guns and nozzles:
The structure is compact, the spraying flow rate is large, and the A7A spray gun of the air control switch has a short waiting time for the reaction, and has no lacquering phenomenon, which can save the coating cost. It has been proved by production practice that the spray gun has good atomization effect, soft spray width, easy control, less overspray and high coating quality, which can meet the needs of various spraying.
The A7A spray gun can be sprayed with two paints. It has a double gun body, and the color change is fast and pollution-free. Two different color paints can be circulated in each of the two guns at the same time, or one gun body is being used for paint spraying. The other gun body is being cleaned with solvent or water.
The A7A automatic airless spray gun has the highest reliability in mass production and can be applied with paints, sealants and adhesives. Produces fine atomization and soft, controllable graphics for superior coating quality with minimal bounce.
The air-excited A7A gun triggers fast action (30 to 40 seconds) and has a high trigger frequency (up to 2500 trigger cycles per minute), making it ideal for precision spray applications.
The nozzle of the nozzle Drum Head produces a uniform flat spray at the end of the nozzle, while the nozzle and the tenter groove further atomize the spray jet to achieve excellent atomization at lower pressures. The spray width becomes softer, reducing paint bounce and waste.
