2 Problems with bad ink in the middle of printing

Cause: Too much of the glue in the fountain solution.

Solution: After using the PS plate cleaner, it must be rinsed with water.

2, improper alteration operation

Reason: Before printing the printing plate to wipe the plate surface water, the correction fluid invaded the surrounding printing plate graphic, so that the part of the text corrosion, off the plate.

Solution: Before the painting is changed, the water on the layout should be fully wiped; after the protection is applied, the alteration operation should be performed.

3, PS version of the photosensitive layer peeling off

Reason: The main voice board protection, poor storage. In addition, the developer concentration is too high, the fine part of the printing plate graphic may also be revealed, resulting in a high cost-free photosensitive layer peeling off.

Solution: Do not rub the PS plate when transporting the media; the developer must have a moderate concentration.
