Post-production is an indispensable process in the inkjet industry and plays an important role in the success or failure of the entire work and the assurance of quality. A quick and exquisite post-production not only adds to the work, but also creates greater economic benefits and corporate reputation for the company. The concept of post-production is extensive, and basically all design work is post-production. For example: output, trimming, laminating, squaring, splicing, and so on. Here's a little explanation of the later work.
Output: The first job after the image design is finished is output. In this process, the output image must be merged with all layers. Generally, it needs to be saved in .tif or .jpg format. If the image is made by Apple Computer, the file must have an extension. For the image file point setting, the output accuracy can be achieved by basically maintaining 100 dpi, if the image surface of the image to be output is large, the number of points can be appropriately reduced. There are several issues that need to be noted in this process: First, inkjet is different from printing. The color of inkjet printing is much brighter and more beautiful than printing. Therefore, the spray diagram must be set to RGB mode, not CMYK mode. The image of the inkjet image is often very large, and some of the artifacts that are not easily noticeable on the print will become very obvious and exaggerated. This point cannot be found through the sample. Therefore, the inkjet image must be enlarged to 100% after it is finished. Check it carefully. For a lot of text, we must carefully proofread. Because there is no ready-made color mark in the inkjet output, the experience of color shift is based on experience. This is the purpose of playing the sample.
Crop: After the screen is output, the machine will cut the paper automatically. For a large difference between the screen size and the paper to be cut, it must be cut and neat. When we cut the film, we also use scissors to go along the markings, because it will be convenient to work in the film on the film, and it can ensure the quality and success rate.
Laminating film: “film laminating†is a “three-person†project. It requires a high degree of cooperation among personnel. A successful laminating work is a highly coordinated process between “feedingâ€, “pulling film†and “rock and rollâ€. Achievements. The specific operation is as follows; in the case of ensuring that the drawing width is appropriate, the length of the film should be appropriately lengthened (generally 20 cm). The first is to adjust the knob of the roller until the hand feels no resistance at all and the knob is tight. The film is fed flat to ensure that no sideways can occur and the film is not squeezed during the walking of the film. Then, the film is pulled up. When the film is about to reach its end, the roller is stabilized, and the film is pulled hard to ensure that the ends are flush. At this time, the person who pulls the film and droops the film while “feeding†can enter the screen (the end of the screen should be flush), ensuring that the screen is flat and parallel to both sides of the film. When you are ready for the show, you can let rockers shake slowly. When you see no problem, you can move forward at a constant speed. In this process, the feeder must carefully check whether there is hair or something on the screen and try to clear it. After the film is over, it will enter the "cutting" job.
Seesaw board: When the customer requests to add the board, we will enter the next boarding process. There are two kinds of technology commonly used for the watch board, namely the adhesive tape type and the 3M glue type. Compared with the two, the adhesive type will be more durable.
Adhesive type: Cut the screen to the required size, place it flat on the panel, align the four sides, and press the middle with heavy objects or people. Peel one end of the adhesive back about 10 cm into the display panel, and then take it to the laminator and adjust the pressure until it passes through the panel. After the screen has been affixed to the screen, the screen is pulled up, and one person extracts the adhesive-backed paper, and one person pushes the board to the end.
Spray glue type: For the standard display boards (such as: 120cm×90cm, 90cm×60cm) with four sides of existing cards, we are more convenient to apply the glue. The panels are laid flat and the pictures are laid flat on the panels. In order to make the four sides of the picture match the edge of the display board better, we first trim the picture along the two adjacent sides, and then use the two sides as the reference, align the edge of the display board, and fix the relative position of the picture and the display board (the press on the screen Or by someone else, lift one of the two sides of the alignment and spray glue on the next panel. After half a minute, tighten the sides of the screen and drop it evenly. At this time, one person pressed the screen from the center of the screen to the screen with the squeegee to fit the board completely; in the same manner, the other end of the screen was lifted, pressed tightly after the glue was sprayed, and finally the card strip along the exhibition board was used with the paper knife. The extra part of the picture is cut off, that is, the entire Chinese painting is finished.
Stitching: When the customer requests a screen larger than the inkjet printer's maximum inkjet format, we will separate the screen output, and then spliced together, in the work of this splicing, the screen design and output is the premise, therefore Every step should not be wrong. First of all, the splicing position of the picture should be clarified. Who is on top and who is below, which one will be bigger and which one will be smaller. In the output process, because the picture to be output is the same picture, it is necessary to keep the color consistent and the size corresponding (for example, a certain width), to record the output settings parameters, to ensure that there is no mistake. In the process of splicing, the two ends of the two pictures to be joined are first trimmed. Then flatten the picture on a sufficiently large plane, place the picture in the correct relative position, and fix it with a strip of rubber to lift the front end of the upper part of the picture and spray glue (to block the picture from being sprayed) Afterwards, the screen is pressed tightly from the middle to both sides with a squeegee. Turn over the other end of the upper screen and spray glue on the connecting part of the lower screen to compact the screen. The spliced screen must not be rolled up by vertical seams, so it is easy to create wrinkles at the junctions. This should be noted!
