According to foreign media reports, the search engine giant Google has obtained a new patent-"face recognition login computer". This technology is mainly based on the identification of the person's face information, and based on this authorization to log in to the computer to process the right to personal information.

This technology sounds very similar to the already available "Face Recognition Unlock" technology. Samsung Galaxy S3 has a "face recognition unlock" application; Samsung Galaxy Nexus also has this feature, allowing users to use their own photos to unlock this smartphone.
Last year, Apple also applied for a patent related to face recognition. Apple ’s patent has many similarities with the Google-approved “face recognition login computer†patent. Recognition of human faces is used as a credential for obtaining user profiles or other important information. It ’s unclear what impact Google ’s approval of the patent may have on Apple ’s application, but judging from the current state of patent litigation, it ’s impossible to rule out the possibility of a dispute between the parties.
