A knitted fabric in which a group or sets of warp yarns are simultaneously woven into a loop on a warp knitting machine and skeined together. In this knitted fabric, each yarn of a set of warp yarns forms only one or two coils in one course, and then forms a stitch in the next course. A coil formed of one yarn is disposed along the warp direction of the knitted fabric.
A warp knitted fabric formed from a group of yarns is referred to as a single card warp knitted fabric, and each of the stitches is basically formed of one yarn. The double-comb warp knit fabric is woven from two front and back combs. If the front is combed by the pile tissue of the pile fabric, and the back is combed with the flat tissue mat yarn, the double comb warp knitting structure is called the velveteen structure. Each of the double-knit warp knitted fabrics is basically woven from two yarns, and the coil structure is stable and the surface is flat. The double-sided warp knit fabric is woven in a double needle bed warp knitting machine, and both sides of the fabric are composed of coils, and the extension line of the coil is in the two-sided coil.
