Most manufacturers will use frequency converters and electronic governors to control speed. If the product is long, the speed must be slower. The length of the shrinking machine is longer. Generally it is adjusted to 20m/min-60m/min. If the product has a very high shrinkage effect, it is recommended to use a longer shrinking machine and use low temperature and slow delivery to meet the shrinkage. effect. Select a model with a relatively large power. The temperature setting high conveying speed needs to be accelerated, and vice versa. The transport speed of the small amount of wind is slowed down and vice versa.
Wind flow adjustment:
The air volume is generally controlled by frequency conversion to control the speed of the motor. However, many shrinking machines do not have this function, and the strong function also has the adjustment of the wind direction, which effectively blows the hot air to the position where the product needs to shrink. The amount of air volume also has a great influence on the shrinkage effect. The air volume is too large. Can easily lead to shrinkage after the impact of shrinkage effect. If the air volume is too small, the scales will appear when the film does not shrink. The amount of wind is also related to the size and angle of the wind wheel. The higher the temperature is, the smaller the air volume is, and vice versa. The faster the air volume is, the smaller the air volume is.
Therefore, the heat-generating mechanism of the shrinking machine, the air blowing mechanism, and the conveying mechanism are all adjusted to each other, and changing one parameter will affect other parameter settings.
