Europe is in a leading position in the development of flexible packaging technology in the world. A drink

The traditional packaging of beverages is a rigid or semi-rigid structure, but with the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements, flexible packaging is also becoming a trend. Packaging materials, stuffiness and characteristics:

(1) PET/ALU/PE, suitable for vertical packaging bags of various fruit juices, etc., with very good mechanical properties, suitable for heat sealing; (2) PET/EVOH/PE, applicable to all kinds of beverages, etc. Bags, good barrier properties, good transparency; (3) PET/ALU/OPA/PE, better resistance than "PET/ALU/PE"; (4) PET/ALU/PET/PE, suitable for each Non-concentrated beverages. Beverage vertical bags such as tea and coffee are better than "ET/ALU/PE" (Note: ALU is aluminum foil, the same below). Coffee is a traditional European product and its packaging has a long history of development. Nowadays, the packaging of various composite structures can meet the requirements for any storage and display of coffee.

Packing form: three-side seal or four-side seal, used for granular or powder vacuum or modified atmosphere packaging.

Packaging materials, structures and characteristics:

(1) PET/ALU/PE, suitable for vacuum or air-sink packaging bags; (2) PP/ALU/PE: suitable for vacuum or modified atmosphere packaging bags, mechanical resistance is very good, on-machine processing performance is good; (3) PET/M/PE, suitable for vacuum or air bagging, high barrier properties when not using aluminum foil; (4) Paper PE/ALU/PE,
Suitable for single bag vacuum or modified atmosphere packaging, easy to eat; (5) OPA / ALU / PE, suitable for vacuum or modified atmosphere bags, high barrier properties, excellent mechanical resistance.

Second, meat products

Meat packaging uses a variety of composite materials to meet a variety of different storage and packaging processing conditions. In addition to the traditional composite materials for high-temperature and bar-type disinfection, new transparent, high-barrier structures are also being introduced. These structures are suitable for air-conditioning and vacuum packaging.

Packing form: pre-formed bag (including ham package valve bag, cooked meat product trilateral flat sealing bag), thermoformed coiled material (used as the bottom and cover of the tray) packaging machine: thermoforming machine packaging material. Structure and characteristics: (1) OPA/ALU/PE for BA-type sterilization for ham packaging bags; (2) PER/ALU/PET/PE for cooked ham disinfecting bags; (3) PET/ALU/PET / PP, suitable for semi-finished, hot ham bags, can be used for high temperature sterilization; (4) PET / ALU / PE, suitable for meat packaging trays; (5) PA / EVOH / PE, thermoformable, high barrier properties, Suitable for ham vacuum packaging; (6) PET/EVOH/PE, high barrier property, suitable for ham vacuum packaging; (7) PA/PE, thermoformable, with excellent adhesion to the product. Suitable for ham packaging bags; (8)PVE/EVOH/PE, thermoformable, good stiffness, high barrier property, suitable for modified atmosphere packaging.

Third, frozen food

The long-term preservation of perishable foods is the most commonly used, and its packaging requirements at the same time ensure high preservation and product display.

Packaging materials, structure and properties:

(1) PET/PE, suitable for high-speed packaging of fruit; (2) PET/M/PE, aluminum composite film, good visual effect, suitable for packaging of vegetables, jams and fresh meat; (3) PET/PE/ M, similar to the performance of the first two composite films, but the printing effect is better; (4) OPP/PE/M, aluminum composite film, less affected by the environment, suitable for vegetable packaging.

Four, fresh jam

Several types of modified atmosphere packaging are commonly used in the packaging of such products, and the composite structure should be suitable for heat treatment.

Packaging Machine: Vertical Blooming - Filling - Sealing (VFFS) Packaging Machines Packaging Materials, Structures and Properties:

(1)PET/PP, good mechanical properties, and can be sterilized by Pakistan. It is suitable for tray sealing caps for atmosphere-modified packaging and Pakistan-style sterilization, and is easy to tear;

(2) PET/EVOH/PE, high gas barrier properties, used for tray closures for modified atmosphere packaging;

(3) PET/EVOH/PP, same as the former, but suitable for heat treatment;

(4) OPA/PE, very good mechanical properties, suitable for modified atmosphere packaging;

(5) OPA / PP, high transparency, suitable for heat treatment, suitable for modified atmosphere packaging and Pakistan disinfection.
