How to eliminate
If the axial displacement is too large during the operation of the unit, the load will be reduced, which will reduce the axial displacement.
After the unit is stopped, the jack should be used to check the cause of the axial displacement of the rotor. For example, if the thrust clearance of the thrust pad is too large, the bearing is poorly positioned, and the cause is found and eliminated. There is also a problem in the measurement loop that checks the axial displacement.
