Is the quality of waterborne coatings worse than conventional coatings?
There are a number of problems with the furniture manufacturers who respond to the water-based paint products they use. 1. Equipment investment
Most of the cost of transformation depends on the current state of the production line and equipment. In some factories, it is only necessary to change the coating line a little, without adding too much cost. The necessary ovens and dust-free spray booths can be used directly for aqueous coatings by simply adjusting the oven temperature and drying time, while other customers only need to replace several spray guns or spray pumps.

Waterborne coatings are not flammable and require only investment in conventional fire safety, so it is more cost effective.
