The first giant plastic net cage settled in Zhonglu Island, Zhejiang Yuhuan

[China Packaging Network News] Recently, at the Jiaojiao Port of Ganjiang Town, Yuhuan County, Zhejiang Province, the local fishery technology promotion station cooperated with the large aquaculture expert Huang Xiaozhu and experts from scientific research institutes to develop two self-developed plastics. The successful cranes of the cages were installed into the sea and successfully delivered to the waters of the Central China Deer Island. It is reported that these two all-plastic cages are mainly intended to imitate the wild culture of large yellow croakers. This case is the first time in China's coastal areas.

The research group of this project adopted a full-plastic frame structure of PE and a net of special materials to ensure that the cage will not be deformed in the sea area where the flow velocity is relatively high. This will ensure the effective use of cage culture space. The cultured large yellow croaker is in a state of frequent and intense swimming, and can consume excess fat, and it is of great help to small shrimps, shrimps, plankton, and other natural foods in the breeding seas. This allows the cultivated large yellow croaker to truly reach the wild. The quality of large yellow croaker, thereby further improving the economic benefits of breeding.

It is reported that the material of the plastic cage is a full-plastic PE pipe, fiber mesh clothing, a diameter of up to 12 meters, a height of 5.5 meters, aquaculture water up to 600 cubic meters. The advantages of the all-plastic net cage are obvious: First, it is durable, its strength is increased several times, its wind and wave performance is particularly excellent, and it can withstand typhoons above 12 and waves of more than 5 meters according to design requirements. Its normal service life is more than 10 years; Secondly, all-plastic net box nets are fixed and have a large volume of aquaculture water. Unlike traditional cages that are in short supply or turbulent, nylon nets will become entangled and knotted. Traditional cages will cause farmed fish. Fish scales were injured and even fish nets escaped. At present, patent applications for all plastic cages are in progress.
