Qilu produces high-gloss, high-impact PS resin

Faced with severe market challenges, Qilu Petrochemical Company Plastics Factory relied on scientific and technological progress to actively develop new products required by the production market, filling a gap in the domestic production of high-gloss, high-impact polystyrene resin. The factory aimed at OH7860, a high-gloss, high-impact product that has not yet been produced in China and represents the development direction of polystyrene, and organized professionals to focus on the product's technological breakthroughs. It has overcome reactor temperature control, additive additions, etc. This type of problem has finally produced the first batch of products this year. After analysis and application processing tests, the new grade product showed that the gloss was 92%, the tensile strength was 47MPa, and the performance index was close to the expensive engineering plastic A8S resin, which was obviously better than other polystyrene products.
