The paper used in the trial printing is preferably stencil or coated paper. The paper requires good flatness and uniform thickness. The cutting specifications should be consistent. The edges of the paper should be straight and square, so that the printing can be accurate when the printing quality occurs. Judgment is a paper issue or a device issue. When testing, the packing material and thickness should be strictly in accordance with the specifications of the equipment, the printing pressure should be uniform, and the thickness of the ink layer should be appropriate. The printing plate structure used for the trial printing is preferably an anilox or five-character text version. It is printed on the same ink, the same ink layer (appropriately thinner) and printing speed, and printed twice in succession (normal printing speed). Layout registration conditions to assess the transfer of various parts of the printer and whether the lining is appropriate; the rules are stable and accurate.
