The shoe sole technical center in Taiwan has recently developed a shoe sole polyurethane (PU) reaction injection machine. Its biggest advantage lies in its ability to produce cellular interiors in porous interiors and solid outer soles. The hardness and density of the soles can be adjusted as needed.
The characteristics of the PU reaction injection machine include: self-cleaning screw production, no waste and solvent pollution problems; PU color paste using external addition, fast color change; screw direct drive, no belt replacement and noise problems; Interface electronic control system, production parameters set the container. Now Taiwan's sole automatic injection machine exports about NT$2 billion worth of Taiwan dollars each year, accounting for 20% of the international injection molding machine market. After the PU reaction injection machine is put into operation, the annual export volume of injection machines in Taiwan is expected to increase to NT$3 billion, accounting for more than 30% of the international market.
