New Aseptic Packaging Production Line

Aseptic and Bravo Foods International signed a contract for LLC to supply Bravo with an annual production capacity of 100 million shelf-stable, ready-to-drink, wind-resistant milk beverage bottles produced on different production lines. They are looking forward to this article on HDPE sterility. The contract for low-acid shelf-stable milk bottles can be approved by the food and drug department as soon as possible.

Aseptic said that if approved, they will be the third low-acid bottle producer in the United States that has been recognized by the U.S. authorities as a shelf-stable dairy product bottle. Aseptic's process of sterilizing milk is performed during canning and cooking. Allows the bottle to be placed and stored at room temperature, reducing the freezing procedure. After the HDPE bottle is canned and sealed, heat treatment is performed at 11° C. for 20-30 minutes to sterilize the HDPE bottle. This technology can extend the shelf life of milk from 14 days to 60-90 days.

In November 2005, Aseptic, with the help of Flavours and Procomac of Italy, completed its proprietary production preparation with aseptic technology.
