1. What is a multi-purpose ink
The ink consists of pigments, binders and auxiliary solvents. In order to adapt the ink to various printing materials and working environments, it is often necessary to use an auxiliary solvent to make appropriate adjustments to change some of its properties. The innovative combination of auxiliary solvents and binders provides a wide range of applications for specialty pigments.
We have developed a multi-purpose screen printing and pad printing ink that can print on the surface of various printing materials with good adhesion and ideal color. Its contribution is: less inventory, more choices. Make your production costs and design intensity greatly reduced. It can replace inkjet printing, laser printing and other high-cost printing means, whether it is to play a protective role, or enhance the decorative effect or have some other special effects, this product is a good product.
The product's net performance, surface dry time, auxiliary solvents, and coated area meet the conventional requirements. However, it can be used after being confirmed by the test. For example, it is applicable to PP/PE materials, and some of them are applicable to ceramic materials, and other materials need to be treated on the surface. This product can also be printed on the industrial parts of text, patterns, give the substrate a distinctive feature. Commonly used plastics and rubbers, metals, glass, synthetic fabrics, nylon canvases and other materials can also obtain good printing results.
2. Recipe and its characteristics
The main components of this type of multi-purpose ink are varnish, special retarder HT-SV9, special pigment, additive 1/additive 2.
2.1 Ink transfer
Commonly known as Varnish, it is a synthetic resin or dry vegetable oil made from a high boiling point solvent. In practical use, there is a clear distinction between offset inks in offset printing.
The commonly used varnish used alone is: adhesion enhancer, firming agent, diluting agent, 777 varnish.
2.2 Special slow drying agent
Special slow-drying agent (such as HT-SV9) is composed of high-boiling compounds and special surfactants, which can reduce the viscosity of the ink and make the ink work at different temperatures and environments. It has excellent effects on the improvement of surface flow properties, and can prevent defects caused by some uncertainties. It is suitable for various solvent-based resin systems.
According to experience, the special slow-drying agent has a wide range of application and can be used to adjust and release high-grade inks, such as silver pastes, liquid crystal inks, etc.; long-term ink transfer does not change color, does not sink; with solvent-based defoaming, deaeration function; thick printing Large-area printing and other special operations can be successfully completed; good leveling can eliminate pinholes; and make the screen easily detached from the printing film without leaving traces or bubbles. In addition, if the ink film drying speed is too fast, it easily causes wire drawing, especially when the ink surface dries fast and the ink is thick, the drawing phenomenon is more serious. In this case, adding a special slow-drying agent can effectively inhibit the occurrence of wire drawing. Such as plastic screen printing inks, metal and glass inks, solder mask inks, character inks, and self-etching inks. The dosage is 6% to 20%.
Common special slow-drying agents include: anti-drying agent, anti-blocking agent, and concentrate.
2.3 Pigment varieties
Common colors: 070 white, 073 black, 064 green, 058 blue, 035 red, 021 yellow.
Special pigments: Gold/Silver, Pearlescent, Reflective, Luminescent, Fluorescent, Magnetic Powder, Temperature, Conductive Series.
2.4 Additives 1 / Additives 2
The role of additives is to improve the performance of the ink film and facilitate the realization of personalized products. Additives should have a variety of properties and special effects. To meet these requirements, it is necessary to coordinate the relationship between various properties.
Various additives are used in the production, storage and printing of ink coatings. The use of additives is related to ink composition, addition method, and amount of addition. First of all, the mechanism of action should be fully understood, and appropriate selection should be made. If it is desired to adsorb on the surface, it is better to add additives before the surface absorbs other substances; if it is desired to These physical changes should be selected after full understanding of the ink and additive properties. In addition, if it is necessary to utilize the surface characteristics of the material and make the orientation and separation effect appropriate, a high-yield resin with good miscibility should be used. Therefore, the solubility parameter (S.P) of the resin and additive must be compared before use.
The use of additives is the key to improving the added value of products. In the ink printing process, it can prevent ink film defects and ills and give it special functions and effects. With the development of the ink industry, it is required to develop new products with higher efficacy and better performance. However, if you use it improperly or add too much, it will be counterproductive.
Common specifications include: One-component hardeners.

Glazed Flower Pots are pottery pots that have been glazed. The pottery pots that have been glazed combine the advantages of clay pots and plastic pots. The surface will look smoother, the color will be more gorgeous, and then it will look more attractive.
The Ceramic Glazed Plant Pots, also called Glazed Flower Pots, are relatively heavy and not easy to tip over, but they are also difficult to move. They will also crack in a frosty environment. They are breathable and drainable. They are not as good as pots.
Glazed flower pots have poor air permeability, but they are beautiful in appearance and have a variety of choices.
Porcelain basins come in various styles and colors, so there are a lot of them circulating on the market. However, one of the biggest disadvantages of porcelain basins is that they are not breathable. Therefore, when choosing a porcelain basin, you should choose a hole punched at the bottom, and it is best to install a vent pipe.
