Abstract: The use of FOSS 2200 automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer-Metrohm 809 automatic potentiometric titrator combined with rapid detection of sulfur dioxide in preserved fruit, the whole process takes only 6min, not only simple operation, but also greatly shorten the analysis time. After statistical testing, there is no significant difference between the results of this method and the glass distillation method in the national standard (P> 0.05), the relative deviation is less than 0.94%, the recovery rate of the standard addition is 90.39% ~ 103.40%, the minimum detection limit of the sample 2.6mg / kg, suitable for large-scale distillation testing of various solid and liquid samples.
