Kiln IMPS Control System

IMPS integration, multi-range, pulsed control is a control system based on computer program logic (PLC). Multiple sections: Each burner is individually monitored by the IMPS. This ensures accurate temperature control. The temperature in each area is averaged without the need to constantly adjust the burner. This has the advantage of being able to precisely control the average temperature of the kiln products during combustion and cooling without affecting the temperature distribution due to the different loading densities of the kiln shop.
Pulse: During operation, the high-speed burner is pulsed between the set high and low fire, the temperature is adjusted and controlled by the IMPS to control the flame length, and the pulsed combustion system ensures that the whole kiln has a good circulation of gas in order to achieve uniform The temperature distribution.
