(5) When the stage is observed, the X and Y axes are often moved. Such as: double-layer mechanical mobile station, good precision and stability, can provide good image quality when viewing microscopic images.
(6) The aspheric concentrating mirror provides very uniform illumination and the observed microscopic image contrast is excellent.
(7) The field diaphragm should be opened to the appropriate position according to the observation of different objects and objective magnification. If the image is too large or too small, the brightness of the field will be affected.
(8) Illumination system If a lighting device with low temperature and high color temperature is used, a microscopic image with high resolution and sharpness is observed.
(9) The Kohler illumination system can be used to adjust the optical center image. This system is used in scientific research microscopes to provide high quality photomicrographs for microscopy and professional digital microscopy imaging systems.
