(2) Merchants of credit card machines shall not accept the following UnionPay cards for use on POS machines, otherwise the risk losses caused by them shall be borne by themselves:

(1) Credit cards, debit cards, and smart cards that have not been approved by the issuing bank;

(2) For a credit card with an anti-counterfeiting mark, its anti-counterfeiting mark is damaged or blurred;

(3) The issuing bank instructs the user of the credit card machine to pay the credit card;

(4) Credit cards used in excess of the authorized limit;

(5) Credit cards whose expiration date expires;

(6) UnionPay cards that are obviously not used by the cardholder himself;

(7) There is no cardholder on the back of the UnionPay card to reserve the signature or to reserve the UnionPay card with unclear signature and altered.

(3) The error transaction processing method shall be consistent with the original transaction path. The credit card machine merchant shall not pay the cardholder's cash in the form of credit card, pressure card, signing, remittance, etc., and bear the loss caused by the violation of relevant regulations. 4. Transaction documents

4.1. Effective transaction documents

The transaction document must meet all of the following conditions, and this agreement is considered to be a "valid transaction document":

(1) After the merchant of the credit card machine accepts the UnionPay card transaction on the POS terminal, the information such as the ticket stub and the original documents related to the transaction shall be kept from the date of the transaction and retained for at least 24 months (except as otherwise provided by law). The economic loss caused by the improper or lost storage of the transaction documents by the merchant of the credit card machine shall be borne by the applicant;

(2) The credit card machine merchant must clearly print the credit card, debit card, smart card account number, and the name of the credit card merchant and the merchant number on the transaction document;

(3) The UnionPay card purchase receipt shall be signed by the cardholder and must match the name and handwriting of the signature on the back of the UnionPay card;

(4) The credit card merchant shall record the price of the goods or services provided in RMB, and the date of each transaction shall be recorded on the transaction document;

(5) Nothing on the transaction document may be altered.
