How to operate the water supply method in the natural turf field

Natural turf needs to spray water regularly to meet the needs of grass seedlings. The technical requirements for sprinkler irrigation are:

1. Sprinkler irrigation uniformity coefficient: The uniform coefficient of sprinkling irrigation should not be less than 75%. There are also requirements for the layout and quantity of sprinkling sprinklers on the football field. Too many sprinklers and too few sprinklers have an impact on the growth of grass seedlings. In addition, the movement can not be affected, the nozzle is arranged outside the field, but there can be no leakage and weak spraying.

2. Fog indicator: There is a certain requirement for the quantity and intensity of the sprayed water. This is reflected in the requirements of the atomization index and is equal to the ratio of the working pressure to the diameter of the main nozzle. This value should be controlled to 2000 to 3000 in the football field.

3. Irrigation intensity requirements: In order to ensure that the ground does not produce water runoff after spraying, the football field is required. The sprinkler irrigation intensity of the sprinkler system must not be greater than the allowable irrigation intensity of the soil. This requirement refers to the spraying area of ​​the multiple sprinklers operating simultaneously. The combined average irrigation intensity and permissible sprinkler strength of various soils are shown in Table 2.2.24.

There are three ways to spray natural grass.

The first is the artificial pouring method: this method is suitable for small sports venues. It mainly sets up the water supply intercepting gates outside the court and sets up larger inspection wells. The effect of sprinkler irrigation is not ideal, and there are non-uniform phenomena.

The second type is semi-automatic spraying, which is also a common method. It mainly uses manual temporary installation of sprinklers to start water for automatic spraying. It has many advantages such as greatly reducing the number of equipment for the nozzles and reducing the inspection wells because of the rapid adoption. Joints, small footprint, easy operation, low technical, spray atomization effect is good, generally up to about 2500 (m2), and save water, power, the main drawback is the lack of pressure, spray radius is small, the most about 32m, for The standard football field is only located on the outside of the court where there is a missed spray zone. Therefore, a nozzle must be added to the field, as shown in Figure 2.2.24.1.

The sprinkler uses a pressureless quick interface, which is easy to use and works well. The connection method is shown in Figure 2.2.24.2.

The third method is fully automatic spraying: This is the current general method of lawn spraying on football grounds. It is underground, relying on the pressure of the water supply, lifts the nozzle above the grass seedlings, and uses the role of a full rotation nozzle to achieve the purpose of spraying. .

The automatic spraying system consists of a rotating nozzle, a lifter and a water supply pipe. When water is poured, the water pressure inside the pipe will lift the lifter. When the spray head rises to the specified height, the water pressure will spray the water out of the nozzle. When the water sprays, it impacts the rocker blade in front of the nozzle to make the sprayer start. Rotation, such as stop the pressure drop in the water supply pipe, the nozzle does not spray water, does not rotate, and the lifter automatically lands. The nozzle rotation angle can be adjusted and controlled.

This spraying system needs to be operated at the same time. Therefore, all the automatic lifting sprayers (at least 8) should be installed in the whole site during installation. Because the pressure water and the amount of water spray are needed, the diameter of the water supply pipeline must not be less than 15mm. For 18~20mm, the jet radius is not less than 40m, the flow rate is 20mm diameter nozzle, the flow rate is 40m3/h for Q, and the 18mm nozzle has flow rate Q of 25m3/h. The main drawbacks are power consumption, large water consumption and high equipment investment. The equipment is shown in Figure 2.2.24.3. Due to the high pressure of this system and the large spray radius, the center of the site can be free of nozzles, see Figure 2.2.24.4.

After the water supply system pipeline is connected, a pressure test shall be performed separately. All the fittings shall be included in the test to confirm that there is no pressure drop and water leakage, and the pressure value shall meet the requirements of the design documents. All water supply pipelines shall be provided with drain gates at the lowest point to facilitate maintenance and remove the water in the pipes when the water is stopped in winter. The construction inspection cover should be slightly lower than the ground elevation and should be placed on the cover of the inspection well. Rubber plates of the same area prevent athletes from getting hurt when they step on cast iron covers.

The current building materials system is developing rapidly. The original water supply pipes are mostly made of steel or iron. After a long time, impurities such as rust may be generated in the pipes. When using water spray, pipes and nozzles are easily clogged and the water spray effect is affected. It is recommended that the pipe network be constructed. PVC or PPR plastic pipes and fittings. Connecting a pipe member between the sprinkler head and the branch pipe (inclination frame), thus forming a buffer effect between the sprinkler pipe member and the branch pipe, preventing and overcoming the damage between the sprinkler head and the pipeline caused by the external force, and delaying the service life.

Most of the installation quality inspection methods are pressure tests. However, flush inspections must be conducted to prevent artificial jamming in the pipeline due to construction. The specifications for pipes, fittings, etc. shall all be implemented in accordance with design documents and should not be changed casually.

When the electrical equipment is installed, free-to-remove fittings shall be provided at both ends of the equipment for the convenience of future management. In addition, waterproof equipment or waterproof treatment shall be used at the joints of electrical equipment such as cables, electromagnetic equipment, and electrical switches.
