Gravure proofing machine proofing operation sequence:
Install the proofing material → insert the positioning pin of the gravure proofing machine → adjust the ink → check the ink viscosity → install the plate cylinder of the gravure proofing machine → set the pressure of the doctor blade → position the plate cylinder → paint the ink → monochrome and Multi-color proofing → Detecting proof samples.
When the gravure proofing machine is proofing, the impression cylinder presses the printed matter on the roller to the surface by the pressure. When separated, the printed matter adsorbs the ink in the gravure cell to form an image.
The rubber hardness on the blanket cylinder of the gravure proofing machine is lower than that of the general printer impression cylinder. The pressure generated by the gravure proofing machine of different hardness is different. The deformation of the cylinder with low hardness is greater than that under the same pressure. The drum with high hardness has a small deformation caused by the gravure proofing machine with high hardness, and the contact area with the gravure cylinder is also small, and the ink adsorbed by the printed matter is less.
Each time one color is finished, a positioning block under the impression cylinder stops the impression cylinder at the last stopped position. When the drum of the gravure proofer approaches the gravure cylinder again, the position of the pressing point is pressed. The position is the same as the position of the last squeeze point, which ensures the accuracy of proofing of the gravure proofer.
In order to finally obtain the color proofing effect, multi-color registration must be performed. The gravure proofer needs to coordinate the following operations:
1. The printed material must be wrapped onto the large drum under a certain tension.
2. The roller of the first color plate should be installed between the two chucks or on the swing arm bearing.
3. Move the large roller, close to the surface of the gravure proofing machine drum, turn to the locked position, and fix it in a safe state with the pin.
4. Rotate the gravure proofing machine drum to align the horizontal gauge line of the Huaihua Town with the horizontal gauge line engraved on the surface of the gravure proofing machine drum.
