Preparation Mix the food color with ethanol, dissolve the sorbitol, and mix the two, and adjust the pH to 3-4 with citric acid.

Description This product is used to directly print and decorate food surfaces.

Description This homogeneous ink is evenly printed on tablets containing 95% glucose, 3% starch, and 2% citric acid. It is vividly printed and does not fade under fluorescent light for a month.
