1. Usage and performance
The factory has accumulated more than ten years of bell ringer production experience and has been updated for more than ten years. The latest single-chip low-power, high-performance special-purpose microcomputer time-control chip of Philips is adopted for the latest use of selected high-quality imported components. Schools, institutions, factories and mines realize automatic work and rest ringing, and can also use tweeters to send electronic music instructions to start and stop classes.
Second, the main technical indicators
1. A maximum of 64 ringings can be performed per day, and the program will not be lost for 100 years; a 24-hour cycle.
2. 3 working modes (play on Saturdays and Sundays or not).
3. Ringing can output 16-second continuous ringing and 8-second ringing to distinguish between preparatory bell and class bell.
4. Program automatic check and modify function (fast display of the set time point, free to add, delete or modify settings).
5. AC and DC dual-use, built-in 9 No. 1 dry batteries, the horn can be sounded in case of power failure, (dual audio or music sound), the built-in amplifier power of the machine is 20W, and it will be replaced once in March (the battery may not be installed in areas without power failure)
6. Built-in rechargeable battery, automatic charging, the program and time are not affected by power outage (never replace, avoiding the problems of ringing, damage and other problems caused by the battery running out of leakage).
7. Digital display, luminous indication, and touch button operation, it will be seen at a glance.
8. Travel time accuracy: Daily error is less than 1 second. 9. The bell load is less than 600W.

Third, the programming method
1. Clear all: Press and hold the "Save / Clear" key for more than 3 seconds in the programming state to make the display go out once, and all the information will be cleared.
2. Status switching: Press the "function" key to switch between five statuses: running, clock, programming, week, and mode (corresponding status light is on).
3. Temporary ringing: press the "ring / check" button.
4. Ringing programming: switch to the programming state, press "tune (+,-)" to adjust to the time you want to ring, and press the "save / clear" key to make the signal light on or flash to save (the light on means that the time is continuous After ringing for 16 seconds, the light flashes to indicate that the ringing is interrupted for 8 seconds at this time, and the light is off for clearing. Press the "Save / Clear" key 1-3 to convert and store these three kinds of information. Deposit at the next time,,,,,, and so on (time deposit can be in any order). Note that the programming time and running time are two independent times.
Example: Need to ring for 6 seconds continuously at 6:00 every day, 8 seconds for 6:45 intermittent ringing, the programming method is: adjust to 6:00 in the programming state, press the "Save / Clear" button to make the light on, then adjust At 6:45, press the "Save / Clear" button twice to make the light flash.
Note: The time adjustment method is: every time you press to adjust 1 minute, press and hold to turn to fast adjustment.
5. Program check: After the time is entered, press the “Beep / Check” key in the programming state, the time will quickly jump to the set time of the road to stop and light or flash the signal light (the light or flashing light can be judged What kind of information is the time)? One is displayed every time you press it. If you press and hold the "Beep / Check" key, it will stay for 0.5 seconds at each set time. If errors are found, add or clear them with "Save / Clear" (Note: When the time changes rapidly, you can press "Adjust (+,-)" to stop).
6. Align clock: switch to the "clock" state, press "adjust (+,-)" to align the time with standard time.
7. Align to the second position: In the "clock" state, press and hold the "ring / check" key to display the minute and second positions, press the key (-) to stop the second, press the key (+) to clear second.
8. Align to the week: switch to the week state (the number on the right shows "week"), press "+ (+) to adjust the number on the right to align the week.
9. Select the loudspeaker: switch to the weekday state, press the "Beep / Check" button to adjust the left digit to select O or H (0 is the loudspeaker for both power and power failure, suitable for users who only install the loudspeaker; H is for automatic conversion, power failure The horn sounds only afterwards, which is suitable for users who have installed bells and horns at the same time; users who have not installed horns are optional).
10. Sound selection: Press the key “-(-)” in weekday state to change the second letter (O means to select the speaker as music sound, C means to select the speaker as dual audio alarm sound).
11. Select the mode: switch to the mode state, press "tune (+,-)" to select the ringing mode (mode 1-5 is week 1 to week 5 ringing, do not ring on weekends; 1-6 is week 1 to week 6 Ring the bell, do not ring on Sunday; 1-7 ring the bell every day).
12. Automatic operation: After the above steps are completed in sequence, switch to the running state to work.
13. Reset: After the power failure, if the battery voltage is lower than 2V, it may freeze or not display after the call, please press the reset switch to recover.
4. Installation line
1. Automatically ring the bell, please use the school's original ordinary AC bell. Pay attention to safety when plugging and unplugging the bell.
2. For speaker installation, use copper core wires within 10 meters to connect the speaker directly, and cannot share the speaker with the amplifier.
3. Outside line test: Connect the two circular holes a and b on the output plug with a wire (note the safety), and the electric bell should ring. If the bell does not ring or the line is smoking, the wiring is incorrect.
Remember: Only after the bell connection test is normal can it be connected to the controller.
5. Product Warranty and Maintenance

The machine is equipped with rechargeable battery and automatic charging circuit. When it is used for the first time or left unused for more than 10 days, the battery has no power and needs to be plugged in for more than 24 hours to charge. 7. Safety warning:
1. Do not open the cover without unplugging the power plug and bell plug.
2. The instrument must be placed in a place with good ventilation and heat dissipation and no flammable materials around.
3. Unplug the power plug and bell plug for a long time (note that the bell plug is live) and take out the dry battery.
4. Read the instruction manual carefully before using the instrument and before troubleshooting. Unplug the power supply, bell plug and speaker during thunderstorms.
