Are the two halves of the DVD-R production experience the same?

The manufacturing process that the DVD halves are undergoing is as close as possible to the manufacturing process, but the use of the white film of the same injection machine for bonding is not a necessary condition. Dummy half-sheets produced with three asymmetrical or off-line production have a faster rate of fire, so the warpage of the Dummy half-plane must be different from that of the information. In addition, only half of the information needs to be sputtered on the metal layer, and the 4x DVDR's sputtered silver layer usually needs more than 100 nm to have sufficient reflectivity, regardless of “low power/long time” or “high power/short time” splashes. Heat generated by the plating will cause saddle deformation on half of the information. After sputtering, it will take some time to recover, and most of the stress will remain. These factors will definitely affect the warpage of the finished DVDR.

In addition, the drying of dyestuffs, if not separated by spacers, is likely to produce warpage, which in turn will affect the bonding yield.
