Zhu Feng: Good afternoon everyone! I am participating in the forum of this form for the second time. I can take a more general analogy. In our own life, there are actually three big blocks that are easy to catch fire. The first electrical fire, electrical fires involved the inside of the electrical panel. Some household appliances in the home, some appliances in electrical appliances, we call white electricity. There are also wires, threading tubes, and circuits behind the panel. Including some homes and some patch panel plugs, these countries have 3C mandatory requirements. The materials in this area are basically made of flame-retardant materials. Add some additives and flame retardants to achieve the purpose of flame retardant. There are also switches that are commonly used in our country. How to prevent panel leakage, it is obviously a flame retardant product.

Judging from these three aspects, what Mr. Shen has just said is to prevent unburned. From a technical point of view, there are also deficiencies in the use of flame retardant materials. If the flame retardant is safe, its performance will be degraded, and the price of the product will increase.
Last year, I was in another forum of our HC, telling the alarm, the price of the fire alarm at home was not high, but many families did not install it. The same is true for flame retardant materials. The flame retardant materials used in home decoration are not much more expensive, but they can play a significant role after the fire.
The most important feature of the flame retardant material is that it can prolong the fire rescue time. If the flame retardant material does not encounter the open flame, the rescue time will be too short. Secretary Xiao of the morning said that our current fire rescue training is very poor, which requires the use of flame retardant materials in public places and home renovations!
After burning, like general flame retardant requires green environmental protection, flame retardant release of toxic and harmful gases, less black smoke. Our company produces a kind of "escape door lock system". When people go to a strange place, they generally don't know where the safety exit is. Our country has done quite well in recent years. Just now, Mr. Liu of Xiangyu also talked about the standards of fire protection products in public places in 20286 and 2006. This standard is the fundamental law guiding the development of materials in the flame retardant industry. It has a lot of specifications, and there are probably six materials in it. Including flame-retardant building products, flame-retardant textiles, flame-retardant foam, rubber, flame-retardant furniture, components, flame-retardant wires, cables... As long as all the public places are used in the standard, with this standard, it guides The products used in our public places are a development direction in fire protection. It tells you that the wire and cable I use in public places, what standards to meet, there is a lot in this standard.
In this respect, we are even better than developed countries in Europe and America. There is no standard in Europe and the United States that includes so many industries. This is quite good in our country. I talked with Mr. Zhou that day, and there were some problems in the execution of the operation, identifying problems. The identification problem can be solved by technical means, such as a flame-retardant product, which is a kind of flame-retardant fabric. If this fabric is attached to a certain grade standard, I think it is possible to write the flame retardant standard in the product specification. A product equal to a certain brand of this brand is flame retardant, which can be used anywhere.
The flame retardant standard is still doing very well in China. Our current standards have driven the development of new technologies in many industries. Next, I would like to ask Lin to talk about some new developments in coatings.

Shen Kang: This is the so-called intumescent flame retardant in the flame retardant. The most characteristic one is to protect the substrate. This is the best state of intumescent flame retardant.
Lin Yili: After foaming, the foaming layer effectively blocks oxygen, and it is not easy to burn off oxygen.

Zhu Feng: Insulation material Shen also said, like the north is more polystyrene board, the original polystyrene board by adding flame retardant, generally bromine-containing flame retardant, to achieve flame retardant effect. In recent years, polystyrene board has also developed new technology. Its technology is similar to the technology of Lin Zhuan. It is called fungus board. It shrinks after burning, and the outer shell is flame retardant. Still maintain a hard shell, the middle is full of air balls, Lin total flame retardant is this project, intumescent flame retardant, if we do not have instruments here, if Lin total flame retardant cut it with a knife, Under the high power microscope, you will find that it is also a small hole. Polystyrene board is the mechanism. After burning, it leaves hard holes and small holes to achieve the flame retardant effect. There is also a heat insulation effect in the building. The flame burns from the outside to the inside. Why is it not burning in the process? Let us take the most popular example. The bread that is eaten at home, the hard shell outside the bread, protects the soft part inside. The first relative heat transfer coefficient is very low, and the heat cannot pass in. On the other hand, after the surface is dense, it cannot be met with combustible oxygen.
Burning three elements, with combustibles, oxygen and flames, cuts off two of the three elements of the fire, and achieves a flame retardant effect.
Another piece is polyurethane. Polyurethane is also used in the south like Hangzhou. Polyurethane is generally used on site for use in more complicated situations. There are also buildings, such as central air conditioning in the building, including some cold storage. Now there are also polyurethane fire retardant, generally up to grade B, some are grade B2, polyurethane like this, it protects the polyurethane inside by an outer coating. At present, more types of additives are used in China, and phosphorus-containing polyethers can be used to achieve the flame retardant effect of polyurethane.
There is another piece, because our company has also done polyurethane flame retardant, but we feel that polyurethane is not very good. After the teacher's apartment in Shanghai was burned, the Ministry of Public Security had a period of time to propose A-level. At present, looking at the A grade, the insulation outside the building is to save energy. In fact, there are contradictions. Because from the current point of view, generally speaking, organic materials are not available.
I feel that the polyurethane foam building board, how to achieve balance, flame retardant and enough, requires the functional department to raise issues.
Shen Kang: It is possible that the super high-rise buildings should be Class A. Only inorganic asbestos and extension materials can be collected, but there are contradictions in this respect. On the one hand, our polymer foam materials are low in price, light in weight and good in shape mechanical properties, but the only bad thing is that they are easy to burn. Other traditional asbestos fibers are also good, asbestos can not be used now, asbestos is carcinogenic. Other areas are stretched, inorganic filling waste foaming, the insulation board made up, the performance is certainly not comparable to the polymer insulation board, but there is no way to burn the performance, there is a balance problem here.
There is still a big piece of cable inside our building. There may be cables going through each room. If the cable is going to pass, a large piece needs to use a fireproof bag, which is also the main place where we play a role. For example, industrial power stations, other communication centers, and a lot of cables. When the rapid cable runs from one room to another, there must be a lot of fire protection on the side. Once it catches fire, it will form a space after burning. If it is good or smoke, it can run from one room to another, and it will spread quickly. It uses flame retardant materials, fire-retardant fireproof rafts and fireproof rings. Inside, when the polymer burns out, it shrinks and I am expanding, never letting it form a space, so that the flame will never run from this room to another room, which is also a piece of flame retardant.

At present, we mainly use steel structures, textiles, and woven fabrics for flame retardant, including cables, such as these fields. The new products we developed this year, mainly focused on wood fire retardant, wood flame retardant including transparent materials, transparent flame retardants, and such as color, colorful. Shen Kang: You just said that you mainly do soft-structured flame retardant. You are now also working as a flame retardant and flame retardant coating. Some of the applications you just mentioned, including wood and cables, are all Is it applied to solve the flame retardant problem?
Lai Lijia: We are now divided into two parts. The flame retardant also has a raw material, such as steel structure, textile fabric company, cable, we give it raw materials and then process it into products for sale.

In theory, wood is first to be treated with flame retardant, but at present our country does not have corresponding national standards and industry standards to regulate the entire industry. So we are in contact with these wood-making companies, as well as wood-framed companies. When they were inspecting the project, they saw whether Party A had such a request.
For example, if Party A has such a request, it can carry out wood flame retardant treatment. But if not, it will also cost. In March of this year in Beijing, our company is also very fortunate to be an industry standard for the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the building structure flame retardant coating, an industry standard participant, we have proposed a lot of technical contribution to wood fire retardant .

Zhu Feng: Let me say two sentences. I can give an example that everyone is familiar with. Why is flame retardancy important? I raised a junior high school student from Asiana Airlines, Jiangshan, and ran out of the runway in the United States. The aircraft did not know how many tons of aviation fuel. After it ran out of the runway, it did not catch fire. Three of them died and the seat belts were taken out. For example, Hangzhou is on fire, and the fast bus is on fire, causing heavy casualties. I can't point a lighter on the air seat. Why? Because aviation has very strict flame retardant standards, it is a sudden fire. One is an artificial fire. It is an accident. In this case, personal safety is ensured and no big tragedy is caused.
Our architecture, public transportation and architecture are equally important today, all involving gold escape time. During this period of time in our country, there were continuous bus arson. Inside the bus, including curtains and carpets, the previous buses were all iron seats including plastic seats. The seats did not have strict flame retardant standards, including curtains, such as the seat burning resistance requirement of 22, and the burning speed of 5 minutes and 200 mm. Generally, plastics are not flame retardant and are also 200 mm because they have a certain thickness unlike textiles. The difference between flame retardant and non-flame retardant is quite large, especially in the face of fire. Last time I listened to the military industry forum, 60% of Boeing aircraft were composite materials, including a lot of oil inside, it would not be there, but China has repeatedly seen bus crashes, which shows that flame retardant is especially important for life safety.
For another example, the Daqiu subway caught fire in the early years. Just now, there are several directions of flame retardant, such as halogen, halogen-free and inorganic. The Daqiu subway is made of Korean materials. The Korean subway materials are flame retardant and a lot of black smoke. Including irritating gases, death and injury are very heavy.
