Central Asia launches yoghurt plastic cup production line

Hangzhou Zhongya Machinery Co., Ltd. recently successfully developed a new DXR--12000HB plastic cup filling and sealing machine, which became China's first automatic production line of yogurt plastic cups with paper rings.

In response to the industry trend of adding fresh fruit to yogurt, the machine uses a GEA blender to pack each cup of yogurt with an equal amount of pulp and to prevent the pulp from clogging the nozzle during filling by using a volume valve. The filling part of the machine has two inlets, which can fill two kinds of yoghurt with different ingredients at the same time. At the same time, the raw milk and pulp are put in the base cans and fruit cans respectively, users can change the type of pulp at any time.

DXR--12000HB can fully complete the plastic cup molding, ring labeling, filling, sealing, punching, date printing and transmission, using up to 9 sets of servo system, and equipped with CIP clear device.
