6, lateral downward warpage

cause:

(1) The glue application amount is too small;

(2) The temperature of the hot plate on the double side machine is not enough;

(3) The water content of the single-sided corrugated cardboard over the paper bridge is not enough;

(4) Overheating of the triple preheater;

(5) The single-sided machine is too small;

(6) The speed is too fast;

(7) The running tension of single-sided corrugated cardboard is not enough.

Solution:

(1) Appropriately increase the amount of glue on the gluing machine;

(2) increase the hot plate temperature;

(3) Increase the accumulation of single-sided corrugated paperboards and maintain a certain amount of moisture;

(4) reduce the preheating angle;

(5) Increase the sizing amount of single-sided machines;

(6) When reducing the speed;

(7) Adjust tension control system to increase resistance.

7, horizontal upward warpage

cause:

(1) Face paper preheating angle is too large;

(2) The paper preheating wrap angle is too small;

(3) over stacking of paper bridges;

(4) The amount of glue applied by single-side machine is too large;

(5) The amount of glue applied by the gluing machine is too small;

(6) The speed is too low;

(7) High temperature of double-sided machine hot plate;

(8) Pressure applied by the weight roller

Solution:

(1) Reduce the wrap angle and reduce warm-up;

(2) increase the wrap angle and strengthen preheating;

(3) to reduce the accumulation of paper flyovers;

(4) Appropriately control the amount of ink on the single-sided machine;

(5) Appropriately increase the amount of glue on the gluing machine;

(6) Appropriately increase the speed of the vehicle according to the actual operation quality;

(7) Increase the speed or artificially reduce the hot plate;

(8) Put the weight roller properly.
