The key to this technology is to develop a corrugated paper performance enhancement technology. Using a special high-performance reinforcing agent, the reinforcing agent is applied to the original paper through a special coating machine. The reinforcing agent molecules having cross-linking effect tightly connect the paper fibers, thereby greatly increasing the strength of the base paper.
Some of the properties of the corrugated base paper after the reinforcement treatment have approached or reached the imported base paper. For example, a domestically produced 150-gram watt-up wadding paper made by mixing wood pulp with straw pulp, after being reinforced, has a tensile strength of 130 Newtons (formerly 110 Newtons), and is close to the tensile strength of 150 grams of imported unicorn card. {Imported cattle is 134 Newtons).
In addition, this technology enables domestically produced corrugated paperboard production lines to use enhanced domestically produced base papers. The production speed of plate making is increased from the original 38m/min to 80-120m/min, and the paper is no longer broken during operation (the paper break rate is 3 times or less.
This technology can be used to manufacture reinforcing corrugated paper and corrugated board production lines without affecting other properties (such as printing, box making, etc.). It will also make it possible to make high-speed operation of domestic paper-made corrugated board.
This technology will generally improve the operating speed of China's existing corrugated paperboard production line. What is even more gratifying is that domestic corrugated paper will replace imported base paper, which will greatly reduce raw material costs and costs.
