Its unique system of contactless paper transport and innovation in the field of glazing have increased productivity by more than 30%. More innovative solutions further increase the cost-effectiveness of printing houses, such as the "Autoplate Advanced" device for simple, accurate registration plate replacement.

The new Speedmaster XL 105 expands Heidelberg's product line in the 70 x 100cm printing format and is specifically designed to meet customers' future needs. In addition to the new generation of feeders and take-up devices, the newly introduced AirTransfer paper transport system with special aerodynamic properties provides a solid foundation for achieving reliable and stable production speeds (18,000 sheets / hour).

The new "Hycolor" inking / moisturizing system means that every printing job can show the best printing quality. Adjustable inking roller strokes (such as the timing of switching between standard and short inking units) and remotely adjustable inking roller lateral distribution are just some of the functions Hycolor provides. More importantly, the rapid emulsification, reliable delivery of ink and fountain solution make the new inking / dampening system unique. This ensures that solid colors, thick ink layers or low ink consumption can be effectively printed. The glazing unit also has many innovations. All registration settings are remotely controlled by the Prinect CP 2000 control center, which includes printing pressure settings (parallel or single-sided), separate the coating unit to separate the coating oil from the cylinder. The change of the anilox roller can be quickly completed by the new automated "Multi Loader System", and the preparation time is further shortened. 74 x 105cm large-format printing can further improve the cost-effectiveness of printing. This has huge benefits for packaging and printing factories, because more repeating layouts can be arranged on the printed sheets, thereby further improving the production level.
